子どもの安全基準（CSAE に関する基準）

本基準は、アプリ「VRog」（開発者：VRog運営。以下「本アプリ」「当方」）における 児童の性的虐待および性的搾取（Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation、以下「CSAE」）への 対応方針を定めるものです。
1. CSAE の明示的な禁止
当方は、本アプリ VRog において、児童の性的虐待および性的搾取（CSAE）ならびに 児童性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM：Child Sexual Abuse Material）を明示的かつ全面的に禁止します。 以下の行為・コンテンツは、その一切を固く禁止し、発見次第、コンテンツの削除および アカウントの停止・削除を含む厳格な措置を講じます。
- 児童を性的に描写する画像・動画・音声・テキストその他一切のコンテンツ（実写・アニメーション・アバター・CG 表現を含む）の投稿、共有、保存
- 児童に対するグルーミング（性的な目的での children への接触・関係構築）
- 児童の性的化（セクシュアライゼーション）、性的な誘引、脅迫（セクストーション）、人身取引
- CSAE / CSAM への誘導、宣伝、助長にあたる行為
2. 違反への対応
- 違反コンテンツは発見次第、直ちに削除します。
- 違反したユーザーのアカウントは、予告なく停止または削除します。
- CSAM を確認した場合は、法令に従い、警察等の適切な法執行機関および関係当局（全米行方不明・被搾取児童センター（NCMEC）等の通報窓口を含む）へ通報します。
3. アプリ内での報告手段
本アプリには、ユーザーが不適切なコンテンツやユーザーを報告・ブロックできる機能を設けています。 CSAE に関わる懸念を発見した場合は、アプリ内の報告機能、または下記の連絡先までご報告ください。 報告には迅速に対応します。
4. 児童の安全に関する法令の遵守
当方は、児童の安全に関する各国・各地域の適用法令（日本の児童買春・児童ポルノ禁止法、 米国の関連法令等）および Google Play の「子どもの安全基準に関するポリシー」を遵守します。
5. 児童の安全に関する連絡窓口
児童の安全（CSAE）に関するご連絡・ご報告は、下記の専用窓口までお願いします。

Child Safety Standards — CSAE Policy (English)
This page sets out the child safety standards for the app VRog (developer: VRog運営 / "VRog Team").
VRog explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This prohibition covers any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children, including but not limited to: creating, uploading, or sharing CSAM in any form (including photorealistic, animated, avatar-based, or computer-generated depictions), grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, and child trafficking.
- Violating content is removed immediately upon discovery, and offending accounts are suspended or terminated.
- Confirmed CSAM is reported to the relevant law enforcement agencies and reporting bodies (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, NCMEC) in accordance with applicable law.
- The app provides in-app tools for users to report and block inappropriate content and users.
- We comply with all applicable child safety laws and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
